§ 6-18. Enforcement of code.

Latest version.

This code shall be administered and enforced, as provided within the Standard Fire Prevention Code, by the fire prevention department. The City of Union City Fire Department shall be designated as such fire prevention department. The fire chief shall hereby be appointed as the fire official with such duties and responsibilities as provided for by said code.
