§ 6-105. Sentence for contempt.

When the municipal court is in session, the judge shall have the power to punish for contempt by fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00), by imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both, or any part thereof, in the discretion of the court.
